Default Fatal error : temporary directory absent
I get this message after installation :

Fatal error: Temporary Directory Absent | tmp_dir_absent | The tmp directory does not exist. Please create it and set writeable permissions. in /home4/addsiteu/public_html/alltheurl/admin/header.php on line 41

Pls help.
