Changing text for the upload file button

how can be changed the text of "upload a photo(or any other file)" from the forms?

the code seems to be here in the intelli.fields.js:

there is also a bug regarding this kind of form field. If the user forget to complete a required field and send submit, then in the next screen all the fields maintain their data except the upload file, where you must upload again the photo(file)
