Script errors after upgrading Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.04

I'm getting:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_GOTO, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in header.php on line 123

I see it's related to newer PHP version, can someone help me?

I replaced page.php with yours, but I still get:

oh yes, it is... that was probably some smarty caching interfering i guess... thanks

Actually that was a problem with classes references.
I fixed it using the FTP details you send me in the ticket.
