eSyndiCat support hours
You always say that the hours for eSyndiCat support are from 9 to 5, Mon to Fri, your time. It seems that you often are here some days and not others, some mornings, and some afternoons, your time.
When... which days, mornings, afternoons, etc... is the support staff most often usually there and available to reply to support posts, tickets, etc.? Thanks

Hello!
Yes, as you know our office works 9AM-5PM UTC+6 Mon-Fri. Some staff works in different time because of some problems. Also sometimes we answer on the forum when have some additional time out of the working hours. However the main working hours are as mentioned above. At this time our staff is always available at the livechat so you can have a conversation with us in real-time. |
