How to add menus , under Account Area and Statistics ?

Adding blocks is not available in the free version. You can do it only by hard-coding.

All menu is show page title.you can add the menu in admin panel.but developer can add the menu.Basically it is programming work .developer know what is file name and in which page menu Query is mention....
