Sergey. Please help me on this one. I need to change to short descriptions on category pages, and long descriptions on listing pages as soon as possible!

Please read this manual: http://www.smarty.net/manual/en/lang...r.truncate.php It's the Smarty function to truncate long strings. You can simply change your regular-listing-display.tpl file: {$listing.description} to {$listing.description|truncate:200} This code would just show 200 symbols of your description. |
