Default PROBLEM eSyndiCat.com DOES NOT CARE

I baught and paid for your script and have yet to be able to download it. I do not have a login or password for the pro section. I have waisted the last 2 days waiting for a reply. I feel your company does not care and forgets who you are working for. Today many people who buy your script must work on the weekends. We buy as, your site in the F A Q states instant download after payment. Well 2 days and nothing. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF

You haven't "BEEN RIPPED OFF"

Support team takes weekends off. They can't be working 24/7
Simon should be online in about 7 or 8 hours from now.
They are located in the +6 timezone.

I just bought the script myself, and I can say that you are wrong, the support here is absolutely excellent, the tech staff even went onto my domain via ftp to fix issues with my install, and it was done very quickly (within hours). I would suggest you give these guys a second chance, they cant fix something if they are not at work, but I am sure once you have more experience with esyndicat support you will realise how wrong you are.

Currently working on the new updates and Sergey spends more time in Pro version support so sometimes we miss threads like this one.

Support more depends on time you request it Unfortunately our tech staff works in +6 GMT and we don't work on weekend - that's the reason for most weekend delays. I wish we could afford better support, but now that's the only way how we do it.

Evening,

Try using support tickets. Also, they will download everything for you and set it all up. I just started a few weeks ago, and no almost nothing about computers. They have been EXTREMELY helpful to me. I know it is frustration, but give it a chance.
