Just to follow up with what the others have said....a great bunch of guys, personally I am glad they take weekends off and Hope from time to time they can take off for vacation (aka holiday), because after a while a person gets burnt out, and needs to get away recharge his/her "battery".

Dear All

Those who want to tell us that customer support is great because they get it, then they should also realise that the world is not an equal place, not everybody receives great customer support.

I myself am still awaiting a response from customer support after three days of no replies.

It is more than a little frustrating, to have your forum post cluttered with responses from thos who want to pat customer services on the back does not help.

What is needed is a robust customer service, which is evidently not the case, just a quick glance around the forums will confrim this.

They used to be the best, quickest customer service and tech support of any software developers I've ever worked with. And as someone else said, Great Guys!

Unfortunately, it has all been getting less and less, and has been almost nonexistent for a few weeks. Something serious must be wrong. I hope that whatever the problem is, it gets fixed/corrected very soon, and that none of them are victims of terrible accidents, foul play, etc.!
