please go Admin Panel > Language Manager > Phrase Manager on phrase key type Slogan then click on search and make ur change there.

I think that aptly Mickael asked. Since finding this phrase from the script is not possible. Applies to version 2.3. I am all the changes and doing searches,from phpmyadmin
