Problem proceeding after installation. 500 internal server error

I followed the instructions for installation and did everything I am supposed to. After installation i delete the install file, when i click "next" and proceed to my domain name, it brings me to a blank page which tells me "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error". So i am unable to proceed with anything after Installation. I tried installation twice and did everything according to the instructions and got the same result both times. This is very frustrating!

PLEASE HELP!
