Installation Problem

Hi, i have problem assign my domain. First i insert domainname without www and I delete it and add with www infront because I could not install the software. Can the support team advise.

Are you using all lowercase when entering your domain name?

I had a similar problem.
1)On Manage Products
you must add your domain correctly to: Owned version (if you bought the script without hosting)
Adding a very simple.Draft-and-drop in the right place:
(of course, the domain name in lowercase)
2)Only after correctly adding the domain,download the script.
3)At this point you will not have problem of Installation

Hi all thank you, now the problem is the admin need to delete my old domain that i have create in uppercase in domain page and product page. Till now i have stuck with new and old domain for one domain purchase. I have submit the support ticket but no response. The admin have to do something please.
