eSyndiCat 2.3 RC2 ready to go

Greetings,

You can download 2.3 RC version now from your downloads area. We made several important changes in it that would allow us develop plugins and templates faster.

We were going to release Stable version today but unfortunately it's not 100% ready yet. So here we came with 2.3 RC2 version

Here is the short list of changes:

1. field is not deleted after plugin deinstallation
2. 404 error for 2.2 style pages
3. parser for fields in plugins
4. block with empty title and content could be created
5. 'empty' issue, when you trying to create/edit field with '0'.
6. incorrect pagination for plugins
7. plugin .htaccess installation
8. Manage Plugins is not display in IE
9. block titles
10. Plaintext templates fixed. HTML templates will be fixed in next RC/STABLE version

and many small bugfixes and improvements.

Now you can print category url by a simple smarty function:

{print_category_url}

Also similar function was added for listing urls.

We also added more plugins for 2.3. Now all the plugins you see in Manage Plugins section can be used for the software. Let us know if you find any bugs
