Malware on website with eSyndiCat 2.1.03

Hi to all,

I'm Alex from Italy and I've a problem with my website www.xdirectory.it built on eSyndiCat ver. 2.1.03.

Google found a malware (look here: http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/d...tory.it/&hl=en) on the website, so he warned me about this problem.

I think that the cause is on file /template/template_name/js/jquery.js. Some hacker/lamer often changes this file and the antivirus founds Trojan Horse/Virus.

how can I solve this problem??
