Bing pays much attention to on-page optimization. It loves W3C validation. According to my experience if you pay attention to meta tags and the optimization for Google you will be enough to come -up on Bing engine.

traffic is main difference...google 80%, others 20%...when clients give me cash to spend on ppc, google offers unlimited pool of targeted traffic..bing...trickle..yahoo..small stream..

Yahoo powered by Bing technology is something future and to consider, aren't they doing it vs big G?
