Placing Adverts in Blocks

Hi
I've been searching everywhere for a link to explain adding small adverts in the Block sections on right of template, using Thematic Blue. I'm sure I've seen a link before, but can't find again. Could someone point me in right direction please.

Actually it's pretty easy to add new block. Just login to your admin panel -> Manage Blocks. Create a new clock and choose Right position for its placement. After that you should choose what type of ads it is and that's all. If you have a JS - you should choose JS type.
