small frame at the top of opened websites that link back

Is it possible for eSyndicat Directory version 2.2.06

That every time visitors click a link from listings, the site will open but there is a small frame at the top of the website that was opened that contains links back to the directory.

Pleas tell us the code for doing that, Thank you for your help and support in advance .
