problem w/ installing templates and plugins

Hello,

I'm having a problem uploading the templates and plugins properly. I think when i am using my ftp program, i am putting them in the wrong places. Can someone assist me please.

Every time I add something (plugin or template) i recieve error messages.

I greatly appreciate the help.

Hello, I install the newest version. I just purchased five more scripts, this would be great if you could just do a walkthrough (step by step) when installing w/FTP. I should be able to do everything myself, i just need a basic walkthrough.

Hi there - I'm running Pro version 2.2.03

I have uploaded the Real-Estate template (site currently runs Thematic) - but when I switch to Real-Estate in the "Configuration" panel in the Admin Panel, the result is that the website goes blank.
Returning the template to Thematic brings back the site.

Is there some other step to making the template 'active' in any sense that I am missing?

It would be GREAT if you could tell us here on this thread. You send us to a different thread of which I can't get into for help on this problem. I also am having problems changing to a different template. I also get a blank screen when set in the configuration to the new template. admin still works fine but will not load the SunnyDay template just a blank screen.

I have the same problem described above. Am testing the free version 1.6 and have uploaded templates as specified however when they are selected the site is showing blank.

I am, of course, in no way prepared to spend money on this if there is no way to get these templates to work. Hence pro forum application not possible. Please would someone be so kind as to help with this problem in order that I may further my investigation of this product.
