heh, that was quiet bit long ago. It is hard to remember even who fixed it =)
Usually it can be fixed reassigning the fields or binding them to the plans, but if that doesn't help, there can be a lot of complex reasons, that's why it is hard to say how to fix it and that's why we ask for credentials usually... If you have such a problem just let us know through the HELPDESK, we will investigate the prboblem, fix it, and if you ask, let you know what was the problem. So do not hesitate to contact us! |
