Please critique my custom directory

I am having the esyndicat team build my customer directory, things I must say are going well so far. Some delays from esyndicat but I am still very pleased.

Could you guys please review the site and leave comments or suggestions as to what I need to do or features to add? It is a custom home inspection directory where home inspection companies can list their business free or paid.

It's not 100% yet but very close http://www.inspectionlocator.com

P.S. I am also wanting to complete a few other realestate type directories and if you are well versed in building these, I would like to hear from you.

Looks very nice.

Just one comment. Don't know your source of counties - but for Florida, you are missing two large west coast counties.
1. Hillsborough county
2. Pinellas country

Census site is good source of county info: http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/12/12057.html

Here is a link for an outdated list of zip codes
http://www.census.gov/tiger/tms/gazetteer/zips.txt

I don't see anyway someone can submit a listing.
You also have an awful lot of categories with no listings at all.
Maybe if you could add some articles on what to look for when you need to hire a home inspector.

My dad was a building inspector for the city of San Jose,Ca (City owned or new construction only) not private homes.

At one time we we're going to start a private home inspection business after he retired. However he moved to Michigan and decided he would rather travel. This was about 20 years ago.

Anyway, I can relate to your website.

Is a state map mod similar to the one shown by the OP readily available or as a paid mod?

I think this is a much better option for a site visitor to see than just a list of the 50 states.
