Err... No plan editing in my Admin account?

Hi

I don't seem to be able to find where I can set the different plans in the admin panel? For example, where I can set recipricol, paid, free listings.

I have been through each and every link in the admin backend and it's just not there!

Anyone have any ideas?

#1 Reciprocal link:
Admin Panel » Configuration » Link Checking » Reciprocal link checking : enable

#2 Paid listings:
Just create a plan with price

#3 Free listings:
Create plan without a price. (Price = 0)
