Posted by on 27 April 2011 09:16 AM
To reload .htaccess file you may use one of the three ways:

1)     Download and save ".htaccess" file on your computer by clicking on the link inside the latter message.

Once you got "htaccess.file" file, you should rename it to ".htaccess".

Upload the renamed file to your web server via FTP to the directory where eSyndiCat is installed (you should replace the  existing ".htaccess" file)

2)      Log into your web server via FTP and open ".htaccess" file from directory where eSyndiCat is installed (you may use any text editor).

Go to Admin Panel -> Configuration and click on View .htaccess icon in the top right corner.

The content of ".htaccess" file will be displayed.

Click on "Copy to clipboard" button, then switch to opened ".htaccess" file from your server, delete all the content and paste the copied content from clipboard there.

Save the changes made in the htaccess file and upload it on your server (via FTP, replace the old file).

3)      Go to Admin Panel -> Configuration and click on Download .htaccess icon in the top right corner.

Rename the downloaded file to ".htaccess" and upload it to your server (via FTP) to the directory where eSyndiCat is installed (replace the existing ".htaccess" file)
